Change Recruitment delighted to be working with PillTime to find an enthusiastic and customer focussed Customer Success Executive to support with the onboarding of new B2B customers.
PillTime is changing the way thousands of customers receive, and can easily and safely administer, their often vital daily medications in the comfort of their own home.
The innovative Bristol based online pharmacy are at the forefront of the recent automation of medicine prescription provision and delivery.
The Customer Success Executive provides an essential bridge between the sales team and the customer care team, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding for all new B2B customers. You will be responsible for providing an unrivalled customer experience for the first 90 days of their PillTime Journey.
You will be championing your customers within the business, ensuring everything is in place to guarantee a smooth onboarding from account set up to successful ongoing order delivery. Liaising with various internal departments to make sure that everything is in place and running smoothly from the very first order.
Responsibilities include:
- Fostering and cultivating the connection between PillTime and the customer by maintaining consistent communication through various channels, including visits and Zoom/MS Teams chats.
- Manage the onboarding process of care providers, encompassing account setup, patient details, and order placement within Salesforce.
- Deliver comprehensive training and assistance to customers regarding PillTime's operational procedures and technological systems.
- Actively pursue outstanding prescriptions and orders to align with designated KPIs.
- Efficiently oversee order dispatch and shipping operations to meet predefined KPIs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, functioning as their primary point of contact and managing associated account cases.
