**The Role**
Your role will be to develop the growing customer base and manage the customer relationships from the point of sale through to successful implementation. Providing technical support and management to 30 SME accounts.
**The Company**
A rapidly expanding SaaS startup with aspirations of becoming a world leader in interactive experiences with a vision to establish itself as the premier platform for no-code, interactive experiences tailored for sales enablement and buyer engagement.
**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience with digital marketing, SaaS or media communications
- 3 years customer success/ account management responsible
- Exposure to project management and customer success tools.
**Salary and Benefits**
£25K Base salary
Hybrid 3 days a week
22 days holiday
