We are partnered with a market-leading SaaS company within the Aerospace Sector. They are on the look out for a Customer Success Executive that can build and maintain effective relationships and identify business priorities. If you have experience in AccountManagement, Sales or Customer Service this role could be for you.
**What you’ll be doing **
- Managing a number of key customer accounts.
- Working to improve the Financial Performance of current accounts.
- Using exceptional customer service skills to maximize customer value.
- Understanding business’ current and future priorities.
- Delivering solution-based assistance to generate new business.
**What you’ll need to apply**
- Previous experience within Customer Success or similar role.
- A relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.
**What you’ll get in return for your talents**
- Basic salary of up to **£30,000** per annum.
