We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management in software environments, with a strong focus on customer relationships and account growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, enhancing their experience, and building trust. They will also provide support to Account Managers, focus on increasing customer knowledge, and build training plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing customer success plans and working with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
- Supporting opportunities for growth, spotting opportunities for additional sales
- Monitoring and providing feedback on customer account usage
- Promoting customer loyalty, devising loyalty programs, and assisting the marketing team in creating collateral
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software in the insurance industry, knowledge of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle, and excellent time management and analytical skills.
