**About the Role**

The role of the Operations Coordinator is to assist and support the Head of Group Operations with day-to-day operational processes.
- Accurately recording new contract details and any addendums to current contracts in a centralised location as well as saving copies onto Sharepoint for company records.
- Dealing with contract changeovers, working with internal departments such as QA, Billing and Vendor to ensure current worker compliance and rates are in place correctly.
- Reviewing any impact on current business from new contracts and sharing any relevant information with the appropriate Department Heads.
- Drafting new and updated process and policy documentation.
- Sending out Due Diligence checks to Umbrella companies wanting to engage with Sanctuary and then checking and confirming compliance is all in place once they return the checks.
- Carrying out quarterly audits on umbrella company payslips and any queries relating to umbrella company use.
- Liaising with Billing team to help investigate and resolve pay only or credit note queries.
- Looking up contract queries for sales staff, ie agreed rates, transfer clauses, renewal dates.
- Recording any incidents reported across the group onto the central incident log.
- Regularly reviewing and updating the Risk management report to ensure it’s kept up to date and accurate.
- Monitor and respond to any GDPR queries to do with Subject Access requests or any potential data breaches.
- Creating any regular reports required for internal teams or MI requirements.
