Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Spirit Yachts. This role will be responsible for the efficient operation of our daily office activities.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be in charge of organising and coordinating daily office operations, including scheduling client meetings, communicating between departments, and completing multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team with day-to-day operational activities and external events to facilitate business needs
- Collaborate with the production team on health and safety, operations paperwork, and logistics
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong people skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Proficiency in common office software, including Lightyear and Hubspot
- Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
