Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager Support to join our team. As an Operations Manager Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and effective communication within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain accurate office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
- Manage office filing systems and databases securely.
- Assist with organizing company events and training sessions.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
