The Spirit Yachts organisation is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in the success of our company, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting our management team with administrative tasks.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling client meetings, communicating between departments, and completing multiple tasks in a timely manner. They will also assist the MD in delivering the company's vision and process ideals, while working closely with the production team on H&S, operations paperwork, and logistics.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong people skills, multi-tasking abilities, and proficiency in all normal office software. You should be a team player, adept at delegation, and possess excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills. We are looking for a responsive, pragmatic, and skilled communicator who can work independently and well-organised.
