**Role Overview**

As a Contract Administrator, you will be a pivotal member of our team, working with the Fire Safety team ensuring smooth and effective communication and project execution. You will coordinate with contract and project managers, as well as clients, playing a critical role in relationship management, ensuring compliance information is captured and project organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaison and Coordination: Act as the key point of contact between contract/project managers and clients to facilitate seamless project operations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to varying team dynamics and project timelines.
- Information Management: Collaborate with diverse team members to gather and manage project information, presenting it clearly and accurately to the contract manager.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle administrative tasks related to contracts and project documentation with precision and attention to detail.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Good level of computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
- Organizational Prowess: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Team and Independent Work: Demonstrate initiative and proactivity while working both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
