**HR Administrator**

Our client, a successful and growing manufacturing business, located in Dereham, are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their growing HR Shared Services team.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday (39 hours) 12-month contract.

**Job purpose**:
As the HR Administrator, you will provide first class administrative support and be a key member of a vibrant growing team, assisting with general HR administration, reporting and payroll duties for our client’s multi entity business.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Support in the delivery of our full range of HR shared services such as new starter correspondence, employee change.
- Provide daily HR administration, whilst delivering an on-time payroll service via the HR & Payroll System & managed payroll solution with Moorepay.
- Lead the production of offer packs, variation of employment packs and leaver packs and central storage of all employee documentation.
- Support the production and maintenance of central template letters, and their associated process maps.
- Support annual external audit activities, supporting the finance team when required.
- Responsible for archiving activities and ensuring secure storage of confidential information at all times, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
- Undertake ticket inbox management, meeting defined SLA’s to complete and maintain GDPR compliance practices when managing and sharing employee and payroll data in applied in accordance with the GDPR Officer & company policy.
