Greentrees Caravan Store are looking to recruit an Administrator who is a strong team player and believes that customer service is of paramount importance. This is a very busy role working within a young, dynamic team.
**Duties**:
- Working alongside Service and Workshop managers to order parts
- Invoicing insurance companies
- Answers incoming calls and contacting customers with updates
- Liaising with Workshop & Sales Departments
- Quarterly parts stock takes
- Working as part of the Front Desk Team
**Skills**:
- Highly organised with good time management
- Excellent communicator
- Good attention to detail/accuracy
- Exceptional people skills
- Good problem solving and negotiating skills
- Ability to adhere to systems
- Sense of urgency
- Can do attitude
- Parts experience helpful but not essential
Hours: Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am to 1.30pm (winter) or 9am to 5pm (summer).
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
