**Customers**: Architects, main contractors, roofing contractors and local authorities

**THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager**:

- A technical specification sales role, inheriting an established and well performing area to manage and develop
- Promoting an industry leading flat roof system, that includes a range of waterproofing options, insulation, solar PV and green roof solutions
- Tracking commercial new-build projects across the public and private sector
- Working with an established network of architects, main contractors, roofing contractors and local authorities

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- A sales professional with a successful track record of field sales within the construction industry
- First class presentation and communication skills, and a consultative and structured approach is essential
- My client will happily recruit from within the roofing, waterproofing and building envelope sector
- Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other specification / technical construction backgrounds
