**Typical duties will include**:

- Co-ordinating printing, wallcharts, task cards and labels production internally and with external 3rd parties.
- Schedule field-based installation resource, working patterns and equipment for new and existing business including large scale corporate deployments.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, catering and creation of presentations and preparing meeting materials.
- E-mail inbox management and call handling of inbound queries from internal and external partners.
- Arranging training for field and office-based staff members.
- Onboarding new members of staff supporting all admin and personal equipment needs.
- Handle accurate processing of departmental invoices.
- Distribute reports to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain, action item lists, issues lists and program plans; Escalate issues promptly.
- Ensure that all internal and external client needs are met
- Create, organise, and manage various SharePoint sites and shared drives, pulling reports and information from our systems.
