Key Responsibilities- Deal with queries from clients and IFAs, providing technical support and resolving issues to a high standard.
- Provide administrative and technical support to various teams within the business, including IFAs, Fund Managers, and Business Development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via phone and email.
- Manage complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the team inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning practice or similar, such as a Provider or Platform.
- Experience in a customer service role within Financial Services.
- Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with queries via the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
