**Customer Service Administrator within the Solicitor Enquiries Department**
**Permanent / Full Time / £21,328**
**Hours: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm**

RMG has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, strong customer service / administrator to join our team based in Northwich. This is a customer focused position, in which it is essential we ensure all solicitor enquiries across the UK are met.

**What are some of the tasks you'll be doing as a Customer Service Administrator in our Solicitor Enquiry Team?**
- Produce and pre-sale and post-sale documentation.
- Review and ensure all documents received are in line with the lease and RMG’s requirements.
- Update and maintain information/records on RMG systems.
- Liaise with other departments in the Group, to ensure service standards are met.
**What skills are we looking for?**
- Excellent Customer Service skills with strong empathy when dealing with home movers.
- Effective in both verbal and written communication, specifically in English language and grammar.
- Strong attention to detail of written documents and communication.
- Able to receive and carry out instructions accurately.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Self-Motivated with a curious attitude.
- A friendly attitude and a solid team player.
- Experience in the property management and lettings industry.
- Experience reading of property lease documents.
- Experience of working within a call centre or office administration environment.
- Working knowledge using systems such as Salesforce, CRM and Microsoft office packages.
- Excel skills (basic level using formatting, basic formulas and Vlook ups).
