Meraki Talent are partnered with an established bank which provides business and personal banking services within the UK and Africa. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their highly successful team in Northwich. This is a full-time,permanent role which offers a combination of remote and office work.
**Responsibilities of the Administratror**
- Take inbound and make outbound calls dealing with enquiries
- Perform all aspects of account maintenance including setting up of customer
- Check new account opening documentation received form front office teams
- Create customer identification files
- Open sort and distribute mail
- Issue audit responses requested by internal and external parties
- Provide support to the wider team
As the Adninistrator you will be part of a dynamic team who will take on varied and sometimes challenging initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has in interest in Financial Services. Additionally, you must:
- Be educated to degree level
- Have relevant experience within an office environment
- Have Financial Services experience
- Be a logical thinker
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism at all times
