Finance/office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative and office tasks to support daily operations
- Manage supplier & customer invoices
- Maintain accurate training & HR records
- Conduct data entry in SAGE 50
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
**Experience**:
- Proficient in using Excel
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with SAGE or similar accountacy software is essential
- Previous experience in a finance support role is essential
- Experience managing Sales & Purchase Ledgers is essential
