**Guest Experience Team Leader - Tottenham Court Road, London**

**What you will do**:

- Lead the Guest Experience team daily to deliver the highest standards of customer service and engagement to all our guests
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a public-facing team is essential
- Previous experience of being a duty manager responsible for public and staff health, safety and security within a venue, attraction, or other public space would be advantageous
- A passion for excellent customer service and welcoming audiences in a friendly and accessible way
- Be a sales-focussed person, ideally with some experience using EPOS and/or ticketing systems but full training will be given
- Must have right to work in UK
**Who we are**:
Monopoly Lifesized is an immersive, physical version of the world’s favourite family game brand taking place on Tottenham Court Road, a 22,000sq ft building over three floors in the heart of London’s West End.

With three exciting gameplay boards - Classic, Luxury and City, plus a Junior Board, a Monopoly-themed bar and restaurant and retail outlet, this is a brand-new destination attraction where people can eat, drink, shop and play all under one roof.

**Work schedule**:

- Duty Management shifts typically 8-10 hours per day
- Regular weekend, evening, and bank holiday shifts on a rota basis - 5 days out of 7

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, W1T 7PS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
