We are looking to appoint an exceptional Office Administration Assistant to join our inspirational organisation. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will support the administration of the College, as part of the Office and Reception teams. The position will run for Monday-Thursday 8.15am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.15pm - 3.30pm. With a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two other paid breaks each day.

Key information

**Hours**: 38.25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm

**Weeks**: 45.48

**Contract**: Term time plus INSET days

**Start date**: ASAP

**Salary**: Dependent upon experience, plus daily meal allowance.

**Closing Date**: 11 September 2023

We are a highly successful and heavily oversubscribed 11 - 19 College with a strong record of success across all aspects of its work. In May 2014 we were accredited as a School Centre for Teacher Training by the National College for Teaching and Leadership. In February 2015 we were designated as a Teaching School and the College is a local, regional and national hub for professional development.

Have past experience in a similar role or strong administration experience
