**Job description**

Origin UK Energy Services Ltd provides energy efficient products to residential customers throughout the Midlands, South Yorkshire and the South of England. We are now looking to recruit an Office Administrator, based at our Derby office, to assist with office administration.

You will be based at our Derby office and you will be engaged with daily office admin duties. Receiving and processing all invoices, issuing client invoices, maintaining spreadsheets for completed jobs.

Additional training will be given when required.

**Responsibilities**

Ensuring all job-related documentation is present and has been completed correctly and properly.

Liaising with surveyors, installers and advisors to ensure all paperwork is correct and handed in on time.

Preparing all job-related documentation for submission to the energy suppliers

Possess a good level of customer service and must be confident, courteous and professional on the telephone.

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of office administration
- Reliable, sensible and with an eye for detail.
- Salary: To be discussed at interview

**Office Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

**Experience**:

- administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Location**:

- Derby, Derbyshire (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
