Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in the preparation of meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in data entry with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems including microsoft packages
- Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,800.00-£24,500.00 per year
