Our offices are based in Kilsyth, Cumbernauld but we cover servicing, repairs, and installations throughout Scotland. We specialize in electric wet heating systems and air source heat pumps.

We are looking for a friendly reliable individual to join our office team. previous experience on excel and word would be preferred. Your day-to-day role will orientate around job scheduling for various social housing contracts this will include a mix of the below
- liaising with engineers while on site, rescheduling jobs, replanning live routes
- stock control of all stock used by the engineers daily.
- raising quotes, invoices and taking payments over the phone
- Uploading and downloading job reports and completion packs between systems and portals
- booking customer appointments into out CRM system
- Ensuring job completions are signed off at the end of the day and all relevant paperwork is attached to each job.
- Keeping on top of all employee and sub-contractor certification and calibration expiry dates.
- general office housekeeping, shredding, and filing weekly.
- Arranging with couriers to collect parcels.
- sending out monthly contract renewals

ideally, we would also require someone technically minded as some calls received will include helping customers and engineers with basic fault-finding assistance to get heating systems back up and running without having to send an engineer out at the expense of the customer. This would include scenarios such as changing batteries in room thermostats, assisting customers with setting room thermostats, resetting high limit stats, and topping up pressure on the units. inhouse training will be provided for fault finding with engineers on site.

Our office opening hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 4.30. and Fridays 8.30 - 4pm. - lunch break is one hour and will be alternated each day with other staff to ensure phone lines are always available. Full time preferred however part time can be discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,086.00-£21,407.00 per year
