Our fantastic, conscientious and committed BMW Group Retailer Support Team are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them. You will be responsible for providing a high level of proactive customer service and administrative support to BMW Group UKby managing service processes that support their customers and Retailer Networks.
**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for monitoring all follow up aspects of VIP cases, ensuring all services are provided in a timely fashion and that the customer is kept fully informed throughout. You will gather customer satisfaction feedback from VIP calls, arrangeredelivery of all vehicles in line with the Roadside Assistance programme and undertake daily feedback reviews with an objective of resolving any customer concerns. You will also review ongoing assistance case costs and process customer reimbursements.
You will receive excellent training for this role as we are dedicated to 'Achieving Excellence Through Learning.’ You are always encouraged to bring your ideas and highlight any areas for improvement in processes.
**Person Specification**:
- You will have proven organisational, administrative and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
- You will have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels both verbally and in file notes
- You must have the ability to recognise and deliver excellent customer service
- Your computer skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel will be strong
- You must have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to interact with VIPs
- You will be proactive, flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- You will have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
**Qualifications**:
- Good standard of general education
- English Language & Maths GCSE A-C or equivalent
- educated to the equivalent of A level standard or above - Desirable
**Hours**:
35 hours per week on a shift basis, Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm. (Saturday shifts are currently 1 in 6/7 weeks)
**Saturday opening hours** = 8.30am-4.30pm
