Customer Service Coordinator

An international examining body is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator, to provide a high standard of administrative support to customers engaging with qualifications in performing arts, while also contributing to the operational delivery ofanother range of assessments.
**Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator position**:
- Offer support with resolving exam submission issues.
- Process certificate orders, invoicing customers and maintaining a record of payments.
- Coordinate the scheduling of moderations, booking moderators and preparing online itineraries.
- Contribute to testing IT systems and offer feedback to improve processes.
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience for the Customer Services Coordinator position**:
- Educated to degree level or with equivalent working experience.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, prioritising your own workload and responding quickly to customers, including resolving complaints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good IT skills including databases, Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Salary and Details**:
- £22,000 per annum.
- 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Based in Croydon, with provision for remote working arrangements.
