**A little bit about what we are looking for...**

To be responsible for fire safety communication to our residents to keep them updated on work within and on their building (excluding support Housing).

**Your responsibilities...**
- To work with the compliance and fire safety team on communication to all residents (not just home ownership) using digital, written and verbal communication.
- To record all communication to a shared drive including keeping a data base of EWS1 forms (External Wall System forms)
- To save all communication to Documotive
- To keep residents updated at all times, with what works are require, why and when
- To work with neighbourhoods to ensure communication is sent in a timely manner and the NC is aware of what is happening at their scheme or building.
- Share information to all stakeholders in a timely manner
- To ensure all third-party communication is passed onto residents in a timely fashion and using PA’s approach, tone and delivery.
- To hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service environment in housing, public service organisation, charity or other similar profession where external customers are at the heart of what they do.
- To hold experience at an intermediate level on Microsoft packages, especially word.
- Evidence of excellent literacy skills either through qualification or work related experience
- Experience of working effectively in a target driven operational environment
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
