Customer Service- Escalated Complaints

**Position**: Complaint Specialist
**Location**: Walton-on-Thames
You will be responsible for taking ownership of our complex complaints from customers who have reached out to the highest level for a response.
**You will actively investigate the issue, review all elements of the case and resolve.**
We are looking for the right person who has experience dealing with complex complaints. You will have experience spending time to resolve cases with the aim goal of customer satisfaction.
- This role will be hybrid once completion of 3month probation
- Working 2days from home_
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
