£550/day (Inside IR35)

Service Improvement Lead needed for an excellent 6 Month Contract. Inside IR35. Start asap in February 2023. A chance to work on a large-scale, complex Government Digital Service (GDS) and GOV.UK projects.

You will be able to work remotely from home (WFH) on a Hybrid basis with 1 to 2 days per week on-site required in either London, Bristol or Manchester. Must hold active SC Security Clearance.

**Key skills and tasks will include**:
Must have strong experience managing service teams and suppliers to deliver successful service improvements.

Experience working with analytical teams, technical teams & suppliers as necessary to deliver service.

Effectively working with CDDO teams providing insight into the development of products and services.

Demonstrate expertise in excellent service design & delivery whilst leading others.

Familiar with the complexity of government/ likely blockers to providing excellent services and how best to resolve them.

Demonstrate the ability to transfer knowledge to department and agency teams and staff to build their own service delivery capability.

Excellent knowledge of user journeys, end to end service performance & how to improve them.

Must hold Active SC Clearance
