Service Improvement Project Lead

London, United Kingdom South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust Full time

Are you ready to make a real difference to mental health services in South West London?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced manager to develop their career, managing a portfolio of operational change and improvement projects across our specialist service line. You will be instrumental in leading operational process improvement to deliver excellent patient care, while supporting our staff to work as effectively as possible. We need to reduce variation in our ways of working to ensure we have consistent, high quality services. This role will work closely with our service line leads and clinicians to identify, map, plan and deliver improvements to service pathways and processes in a range of areas, and to share these across clinical services. There will be a focus on quality improvement, productivity, data, and the digital developments accelerated during the Covid pandemic, as key enablers for this change.

Mental health services are at the core of our ambitions within the South West London Integrated Care System, with commitment from the system to invest in improving mental health, particularly in these challenging times.
