Join our team as a Service Improvement Officer and bring your experience and motivation to make a real impact We are currently seeking two experienced and highly motivated individuals for fixed-term contracts of 12 months each to join the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate.

As a Service Improvement Officer, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting all departments by managing complaints, casework, and statutory enquiries. Your role will focus on enhancing the quality of services provided by the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate, collaborating closely with front-line teams.

We require individuals with a proven track record of proactive and creative problem-solving skills, as you will work closely with operational teams to maintain and improve the quality of casework, complaints, and statutory response handling. As a Service Improvement Officer, you may also have the opportunity to manage a Service Improvement Assistant and provide valuable support to the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate on project work and administrative tasks.
