Committed to promoting best practice, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to develop effective mechanisms to promote innovation and continuous improvement as you deliver and maintain excellent services.

But your work won’t stop here - you’ll have a range of additional responsibilities, including assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of the service improvement programme that will transform Housing Management, and co-ordinating customer insight projects that are designed to understand residents’ views and improve services.
