Please note this is a Part time role working Wednesday Afternoon, Thursday and Friday

For this role you will carry out business processes and provide administrative support services to the Income Recovery Centre and to help the business to operate and meet performance and customer service targets. Working on multiple systems, recording information, raising invoices, refunding credit and taking payments. You will also assist in managing rent and service charge accounts including those in credit. You will have a key focus on the Universal Credit Alternative Pay Arrangements (APA) and Third Party Deductions (TPD) for our customers across the country. You will work as part of a team liaising appropriately with colleagues in other function as required that may be located in other parts of the country, as well as carrying out general administration duties and delivering a high quality service.

More about you

Ideally you will have a good understanding of the benefits system and an interest in the property sector. You will have previous experience in an administrative role and pride yourself on your ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. You will have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to manage difficult situations well and be a competent I.T. user. NEC system experience is desirable
