Accounts administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, employee payroll and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role you should have a finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure that we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with financial audits as needed.
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing including data entry, calculations, and distribution of paychecks.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process payroll deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Reconcile payroll transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Previously worked in a payroll roll
- Excellent attention to detail
- End to end payroll knowledge
- Good computer literacy
- A great approach to customer service
- Knowledge of accounts (purchase ledger, sales ledger, etc.)

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
