Accounts Administrator

**Duties**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Provide support during audits and tax filings
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software Sage
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are flexible in the working week approach, along with start & finish times. Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 and Fridays 07:30 - 13:30 are our opening hours. This is a fully office based role.
Salary DoE, along with a Christmas shut down period.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
