As an Accounts Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our accounting & sales order processes by efficiently generating sales orders and ensuring sufficient credit is available on the customer's account or collecting payment for Pro-forma orders.

Your attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

You will provide day-to-day administration support to the accounts department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce delivery notes for the transport department.
- Carry out month-end credit control with the Accounts Manager.
- Prepare overdue reports for the Accounts Manager and Financial Director.
- Make and receive internal and outgoing calls.
- Ordering stationery and consumables for other departments.
- Collaborate with the production, Transport & accounts teams to address any issues before they arise and to ensure the process runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date customer order documentation records in the company's accounting system.
- Continuously monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail are key attributes in this role.
- Highly organised with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting systems.
- Ability to multitask and work both in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of roofing products and materials is a plus.

Hours of work - 8:30am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
