We are currently looking for a Tour Consultant to join our EST sales team

**THE ROLE**

As an Tour Consultant, you will be a key asset within our EST Sales team. Your primary responsibility will involve converting leads within a specific geographic region and maximizing booking opportunities through exceptional customer service and referrals. Your focus on maintaining strong customer relationships will involve close collaboration with our broader team and support divisions, all aimed at meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Your contributions will be essential in helping us achieve our targets and enhance the overall profitability of EST School Tours, achieved by effectively promoting and pricing EST products and services.

Reporting to our EST Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Coordinate all aspects of a tour. This means liaising with support departments to
- ensure accommodation, transport and visits are booked to match the customer’s needs.
- Achieve individual and team targets set within your selling location/Geographical portfolio
- Deliver growth of enquiries, bookings, revenue and profit by securing business in a competitive market.
- Develop customer loyalty through excellent relationship building and therefore delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**IS THIS YOU?**

To be considered for the role, the following skills and experience are essential:

- Some experience of working to targets, with a track record of target achievement
- Experience of building and maintain positive relationships with customers / suppliers
- Experience of effectively managing and prioritising workloads autonomously using time management and organisational skills
- IT Literate with knowledge and experience of using MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written communication skills
