We have an opportunity for an experienced L&D Business Partner or Advisor to join a fast paced and innovative organisation to support driving the design, delivery and end to end implementation of business wide learning and development initiatives.

**Key focus areas**:

- Design and delivery of Management and Leadership Development programmes
- Delivering strategic L&D projects
- Review and design of induction programmes and content
- Facilitating and delivering soft skills development
- Creation of learning solutions which deliver the engagement, and awareness of the business strategy /purpose and promotes a continuous learning culture.

**Background required**:

- Demonstrable experience within an L&D Business Partner or facilitator level role.
- Ability to partner with a business to deliver comprehensive learning & development programmes and a range of blended learning solutions.
- A deep understanding of leadership & management development, influencing and relationship building training.
- Solid experience of conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and collaborating with managers to design and scope training solutions.
- Sound knowledge and experience of a learning management system (Access LMS is desirable).
- Experience of managing suppliers and third-party relationships for L&D services
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain good relationships.
- Creative in approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
