**What will you do? **:- As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with our valued customers through various channels.
- You will be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, providing them with the information they need and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- You will provide advice and respond to technical queries as a product specialist. You will first go through full training for this.
- You will be in charge of efficiently managing the credit and collection cycle.
- Your responsibilities will include processing customer orders and returns, liaising with transport, overseeing incoming deliveries, and utilising our CRM system efficiently to access customer information and manage quality cases with a high level of effectiveness.**What is your profile?**:
