Job Overview: White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and coach the team to ensure outstanding customer service in line with our brand standards.
  • Promote customer loyalty and compile customer information in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Support floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenishment to maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Commercial Management:
  • Make informed commercial decisions regarding stock, promotions, and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to coordinate promotions, incentives, and key trading weeks, including Customer Event and seasonal set up.
  • Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to the team and provide guidance on achieving targets.

Team Management:
  • Organize and support the running of the shop through staff management processes such as Rotageek.
  • Engage with customers using company resources like the White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, and email communications.
  • Assist management in creating a positive atmosphere that focuses on delivering exceptional sales and customer experience results.
  • Motivate and reward the team through praise and recognition.

Operational Support:
  • Process deliveries efficiently and ensure products are replenished to meet customer demand.
  • Participate in supervision of stock takes and audits to guarantee accurate reconciliation.
  • Support compliance and day-to-day transactional running of the shop, including necessary paperwork and cash handling.

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
