What does the role involve?
Reporting into the Customer Operations & Excellence Manager, The Customer Experience Executive will be play a pivotal role in providing our customers with a tailored and time efficient service. They will provide administrative assistance to the customer experience and wider teams where required. They will also have the opportunity to work on more project focused work which will aim to improve the overall journey we take our customers on.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- **Provide admin support to Customer Experience team**:
- **Ensure all documentation is stored correctly**:
- **Provide telephone support for customer queries**:
- **Sending out communications to customers in a time-efficient manner**
What are we looking for?
A Strong Customer Experience Executive will embody our values of Harmony, Sincerity and Pioneering Spirit. When speaking to Customers, they will provide a tailored support and ensure that the customers journey is a pleasant one with the outcome they are looking for. As this role will also involve project based work, a strong analytical skill set will allow for someone to identify any flaws in the system, and work with the team to implement changes to improve overall procedures.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Package)
