**Role**:
Develop, implement, communicate compliances with relevant ISO requirements ensuring that quality objectives are set with Senior Management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are reviewed regularly.

Promote awareness of Errigal’s Quality objectives throughout the office and site teams

Produce and maintain a document control process to approve, review and update changes to critical documents within the scope of QMS in accordance with relevant accredited ISO’s

Drives Operational Excellence across all aspects of the project life cycle, improving systems and delivering Errigal KPI's

**Key Deliverables**

Ensuring that the organisation meets all agreed quality and compliance (legislation and objectives) and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place

Review the job specific quality documentation prior to the works and highlight any issues.

Adoption of best practices in all fields and aspects of Project Life in relation to quality and compliance

Scheduling, planning and organisation of the Project Quality Audits (including subcontractor audits)

Review as required all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation.

Work with our clients to ensure that their quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed time scales

Develop and maintain a compliance plan in line with the building safety act for all projects scopes.

Develop quality plans for all projects, manuals, documents and systems

Implementation and maintenance of ISO quality standards and other standards are directed

Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives

Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover

Advise Management on QA/QC issues/Completion of monthly audits

Complete and maintain the Non-Conformance Register including assisting the Projects with timely close out.

Drive the adoption of technology embedment into the construction business using the capabilities of Errigal in-house BIM team

Providing support to the Project Team in matters relating to Quality including Training on Quality Assurance issues

**Eligibility Criteria**

Foundation degree, higher national diploma (HND) or undergraduate degree accredited by the Chartered Institute of Safety (IOSH).

Proven experience in a similar role

Proven experience working within the construction Industry

Proven knowledge and full understanding of ISO Standards

Environmental: implementing the best construction practices that are environmentally friendly

Proficient in Excel, word, project and PowerPoint
