They are looking for a Project Co-ordinator for their SENDIAS service to ensure that they retain the high quality of delivery. They were successful in the re-tender of this contract and their excellent service has attracted an additional funding for a WellbeingProject.
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will lead on the day-to-day management of service delivery, leading the team to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and their relatives. You will also undertake direct casework with relatives accessing the service.
**Your skills**To join our client as Project Co-ordinator you will have experience at co-ordinating a SENDIAS service, managing staff and delivering impartial information and advice to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and theirparents and carers. You will have an excellent holistic assessment and consultation skills. You’ll be an effective communicator who excels at building trusting and empowering relationships with children, young people, and their parents. You will be able towork closely with a variety of school, local authority, health professionals and stakeholders. You will be a skilled and experienced practitioner who is dedicated to improving the lives and opportunities of individuals experiencing health problems. You’llbring knowledge and experience of direct work with children and young people, and understand the impact of SEND and legal processes, ill health, deprivation and discrimination on individuals and communities.
