**About Our Client**:
This business are a reputable and responsible business who have expanded massively over the past 5 years and have a modern and diverse work environment, this company are not your typical contact centre, they do not work on quantity, its all about the quality and the customer experience.
- This Collections Specialist role is designed as part of a brand new team which has been created as an early intervention team to support customers to avoid financial difficulties, your entire role will be centred around offering high quality support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join along on this journey from the beginning, you'll be working as part of a team of 10.
- Key responsibilities for this customer service and call centre style role will be;- Experience in working with customers, this can be in a face to face setting, contact centre or similar
- Experience working with finances and able to support customers with calculations
- Empathy is key, this role will be supporting a wide variety of customers and your ability to offer a genuine and caring conversation is essential
- Supporting vulnerable customers with urgent assistance and support
- Delivering excellent customer service on every call
- Advising on a wide range of solutions to find the best action for each client (training will be provided)
- General administration and information sharing within the teams

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience working in an environment where supporting customers is a priority
- Calm under pressure and able to act efficiently in any potentially urgent situations
- Confident, helpful and personable character
- Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
- Some proven skills in money management, budgeting or similar will be required
- This role is based full time in Chester business park so adequate travel arrangements will be expected

- 4 Weeks initial training will be provided and regular ongoing training
