Hourly Pay for this Invoicing Administration role will be based on a salary of £22750, paid weekly (11.66 per hour) and 28 days paid holiday. All home working equipment required will be provided Free of charge on a loan basis.
This is an ideal role for a diligent, accurate self-motivated administrator to assist with raising purchase orders checking invoices and dealing with other administrative tasks whilst the company migrates over to a new computer software system.
The Invoicing Administration role requires a high level of accuracy and would suit an individual who takes pride in paying attention to detail with good data entry skills. Working on an in house system where Full training will be provided but a familiarity with MS packages like Word and Excel would be required.
After initial induction Training this role can be a Hybrid (home working role) with All Equipment provided. Working 3-4 days from Home and 1-2 days a week office based.
**Duties of the role include**:
Use dedicated Invoice and Purchase Order software to raise Purchase orders
Perform other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time.
Other activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory
