We are recruiting a Administrator at Green Building Renewables for our office based in Daventry.

Due to the swell of demand for renewables and exciting company acquisitions, we require an experienced administrator to join our team.

**Job Purpose**

The office administrator requires an organized and self-motivated approach. The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with the leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars and organizing meetings.

**Key responsibilities**
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment - including assisting with the set up of computer hardware.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal issues, through to resolution.
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans, working closely with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Contributes to a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, complying with organisation health and safety policies in accordance with current legislation.

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Computer literate in MS Office suite and online interactive specification portals
- Able to act with professionalism and integrity when dealing with people
- Act as a change agent, embedding a continuous improvement mindset
- Coach and mentor by inspiring and motivating others
- Able to identify problems and facilitate processes to resolve issues
- Deploy a structured communication process to filter information throughout the business
- Experience of the renewables energy industry is highly advantageous
- Full UK Driving License.
