Hi-Force is a thriving, family-owned company that has been trading since 1982. An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales team in Daventry to support the Sales function in achieving, growing and developing sales.
or Part-time Monday to Friday
Full-time (39 hours per week) - 8.30am until 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday including a half-hour unpaid break for lunch and 8.30am until 4.00pm, Friday including a half-hour unpaid break for lunch.
Part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week) - Core hours must cover 10.00am until 3.00pm. Part-time hours could be anything from 25 to 39 hours per week. Unpaid breaks required after working 6 hours per day.
Salary dependent on experience.
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Sales UK

Job Role:
- To provide administrative support to the sales team which includes, handling of customer enquiries received by the office, preparation and follow up of sales quotations, maintaining efficient filing systems for quotations.
**Duties**:
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Supporting Sales Managers, generating reports and organizing data obtained from internal administrative system.
- Maintain good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.
- Liaise between other departments i.e. Operations department and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
- Ensure effective filing and administrative system to support the sales team, keep notes on pending quotations and bids.
- Ensure that all pending quotations and requirements are organised efficiently.
- Maintain understanding of our products and services.
- Ensure all after sales administration tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Carry out any other duties deemed suitable by the Company.
- Complies with all company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
Person Specification
- Minimum of two years’ of work experience in sales administration/order processing duties.
- A good standard of education including formal qualifications in Maths and English - GCSE or equivalent Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Service-oriented, organised, attention-to-detail, capable of working to deadlines under pressure.
- Able to work without constant supervision and organise oneself and workload appropriately to meet the required standards
- Must have a professional and pro-active customer service.
