Responsibilities:

- Sales progress home transactions from offer acceptance to exchange & completion
- Experience in this role is essential
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in estate agency or a related field is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
