Accounts Assistant/office Administrator

**The Company**
Air Ability Limited specialise in the design, sale, installation and service of commercial heating and air conditioning products. Our customers range from blue chip national organisations to smaller office, warehouse and retail sites.
**Accounts & Office Administrator**
This is a small team and the role will include general office and administrative duties to assist all areas of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Assistant to Finance Director - Credit control, Sales ledger, Purchase ledger, Day books
**Sage experience desirable but not essential**
**-**Producing sales quotations for potential new installations
- Preparing and following up on quotations for new service contracts
- Managing the service contract renewal process via our Job Logic system
**Job Logic experience desirable but not essential**
**-**Organise the maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet inc. servicing, tax & MOT’s
- Maintain the company’s training matrix - organising engineers training as required
- Maintain the company’s calibration matrix - ensuring we meet our calibration requirements for engineers equipment such as gas analysers
- Undertake ‘Post installation’ follow up review calls with our customers
- Maintain the company’s order reports
- Other: Taking incoming calls from customers and suppliers, maintaining filing system, ordering office workwear, assisting with other areas of business needs as required
The ideal applicant will be a responsible, self-motivated team player and be able to work in a demanding environment.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
