Helpdesk Administrator
Pertemps Daventry is looking to recruit a Part Time Helpdesk Administrator
Temporary Six Month Contract
Our client is looking for someone to join their team, Specialist software developers to help provide administrative support to their internal teams and external customers.
- Providing updates to customers regarding the progress of their requests to ensure full resolution of issues
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
- Compiling and distributing the weekly Helpdesk reports
- Adding patches and software releases to our website
- Distributing software bulletins and industry updates to customers
- Other general administration tasks as required. We are looking for an organised, customer focused individual with a methodical approach to their work and attention to detail. You should have:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and diplomacy skills
- A customer focused mindset with a commitment to quality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting software development projects and/or providing Helpdesk customer support would be advantageous but is not essential.
Monday to Friday.
Part time working 4 hours a day
Our Client is based in Daventry, you will normally be expected to work at the office 2 days a week with the remainder of the week working from home.
