**Job Summary**:This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and become part of a rapidly expanding digital business with a focus on employee health and wellbeing through data driven insights. You will work closely with a supportive operations team, contributing to the successful delivery of workplace and wellbeing projects. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference in workplace wellbeing and supporting the wider goals of ART Health Solutions

**Core Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the operations team, the Workplace & Wellbeing Consultant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workplace and wellbeing projects within client organisations, driving the efficient running of day-to-day activities, acting as an interface with employee groups to provide project support, and working alongside the ART project lead to ensure outcomes are clearly actionable and align with the client’s strategic goals

The main objectives for the role will be:

- Act as a key interface for client and project teams, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and updates
- Provide project governance support, maintaining central filing, project documentation and other administration tasks as required by the ART project lead
- Assist in assessing the needs of the client, contributing to the development and communication of a strategy for projects that aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals
- Communicate with stakeholders across all levels, providing project updates on a regular basis (verbal and written format)
- Contribute to the design and delivery of stakeholder workshops and visioning sessions to determine and define project scope, objectives, and detailed plan for delivery (face to face and virtually)
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including, town hall presentations, focus groups, and drop-in support sessions (face to face and virtually)
- Contribute to the design and development of detailed end of project reports, collating several data sources to effectively communicate actionable recommendations
- Support the presentation of project findings to business leaders and key stakeholders
- Liaise with other third-party suppliers, supporting task assignments and ensuring the completion of expected deliverables
- Engage in continuous professional development to broaden knowledge and skillset, becoming a valuable member of the operations team
- Maintain clear and efficient lines of communication with all ART internal stakeholders
- Represent ART Health Solutions at conferences, functions and events as required
- Contribute to a positive ART team culture, maintaining excellent relationships with all team members

**Education & Qualifications**
- Degree in related discipline
- Relevant professional or postgraduate certifications or qualifications
- Full driving licence

**Knowledge & Abilities**
- Excellent time management with proficiency in project management tools and software being an added advantage
- Good understanding of workplace health and wellbeing practices, data analysis, and report writing skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills (including use of Excel and PowerPoint)

**Experience**
- Relevant work experience in project management or consulting, preferably in the field of employee health & wellbeing
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and report writing would be advantageous

**Personal & Interpersonal Skills**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt approach to the environment, showing persistence and adaptability to achieve a desired outcome
- Passionate about making a difference in workplace wellbeing and supporting the wider goals of ART
- Flexibility to work on-site as well as remotely, as required
