When not working remotely or visiting clients, we are based in our brand-new HQ Henrietta House in central London, which is moments from Bond Street and boasts state of the art amenities including gym and wellness facilities.- Client Info- The Workplace Consultant role is client-based, working within the Workplace team of one of our largest technology sector clients. Reporting into the CBRE Workplace Change Management Lead, the role supports the delivery of their Change Management Programme across EMEA.- Whilst the client-related activities are predominately virtual, with infrequent travel to the clients HQ in West London, the role will adopt a hybrid working pattern and is based at our London HQ, Henrietta House, in central London.- Key client activities include, but are not limited to- Support development of project specific client engagement and communication plans
- Support delivery of client facing change management and communication activities, including workshops and townhalls
- Create presentations, communications and other client-facing materials
- Manage/update project/community intranet sites
- Status reporting of projects and programmes
- Role Purpose- The Workplace Consultant will provide essential support to the wider workplace team; with the opportunity to be involved in workplace strategy and workplace change projects of all sizes.- The ideal person would bring a sense of energy with a keen ambition to learn more about workplace and the built environment. The role is varied in its nature and provides the chance to learn about Real Estate through working on live client projects across the UK. Every day is different, and this opportunity will include a mix of supporting face-to-face client delivery as part of a larger team, creating content and material for our key projects and providing operational support to the team.- Key Responsibilities- Supporting workplace projects; including but not exclusive to workplace change and engagement, strategy projects
- Creating material for key client projects; with regular use of all Microsoft packages
- Attending client workshops and meetings to capture minutes, notes and actions - as well as documenting follow up / next steps
- Helping to support design, creation and hosting workshops and events with clients to support successful project delivery
- Ad-hoc support as required for RFPs and pitches, working alongside other members of the workplace team
- Person Specification/Requirements- Qualified to degree level in related field (not compulsory)
- Great communication skills; both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task on concurrent projects, under tight time frames to meet client demands
- Strong quantitative / analytical skills are desirable and attention to detail
- Positive energy with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Naturally curious and with a learning mindset
- Confidence to engage with a diverse range of people
- Articulate and communicative
- Experience in any of the following fields: Workplace / Communications / PR and Placemaking / HR L&D / Employee experience / Workplace design / Facilities management or corporate real estate.
